Donating By Shopping

Give With Target

Take Charge of Education* is an exclusive benefit of the Target REDcard® program. Grace Academy supporters apply for the REDcard, and select Grace Academy. Every time they shop, the cardholder benefits with 5% savings, and your school benefits with up to 1% of their purchase. Then, the school spends the money you receive on the things your school needs: from books and band uniforms to reading programs and field trips— anything that can use a little extra funding. To sign up, go to Target.com/TCOE or call 1.800.316.6142 to designate your school.

Fred Meyer Rewards

You can help Grace Academy earn donations just by shopping with your Fred Meyer rewards card! Be sure to link your card to Grace Academy soon!

Fred Meyer is donating $2.5 million per year to non-profits based on where their customers tell them to give. Here’s how the program works:

  • Sign up for the Community Rewards program by linking your Fred Meyer Rewards Card to Grace Academy at www.fredmeyer.com/communityrewards. You can search for us by our name or by our non-profit number 84773.
  • Then, every time you shop and use your Rewards Card, you are helping Grace Academy earn a donation!
  • You still earn your Rewards Points, Fuel Points, and Rebates, just as you do today.
  • If you do not have a Rewards Card, they are available at the Customer Service desk of any Fred Meyer store.
  • For more information, please visit www.fredmeyer.com/communityrewards.
Safeway eScrip

Safeway has an eScrip program that will allow you to earn money for your school just by shopping with your Club Card after you assign it to Grace Academy!

To assign your Safeway Card go to http://www.escrip.com/ then click “Safeway Stores Support Education”. This will take you to an eScrip sign up page.  The group name is “Grace Academy.”

This is an annual sign up, so if you have done this before, you will need to reassign your card once again this year. Thank you so much for your participation in helping raise funds for our school!

Haggen School Bucks

Support Grace Academy by shopping at Haggen. The School Bucks program runs from August 1-May 31. In order to earn school bucks, current members may need to re-enroll to support our school. You can link your card to re-enroll at www.haggen.com.

Box Tops For Education

Have you been saving Box Tops? We are collecting General Mills Box Tops for Education logos for the 2015-16 school year (September-March). We are able to earn up to $10,000 cash for our school. Simply send your Box Top logos to your child’s class where they will be collected.

Amazon Smile

AmazonSmile is a simple and automatic way for you to support Grace Academy every time you shop at Amazon, at no cost to you. When you shop at smile.amazon.com, you’ll find the exact same low prices, vast selection and convenient shopping experience as Amazon.com, with the added bonus that Amazon will donate a portion of the purchase price to your favorite charitable organization. You can choose from nearly one million organizations to support.

To shop at AmazonSmile simply go to smile.amazon.com from the web browser on your computer or mobile device. You use the same account on Amazon.com and AmazonSmile. Your shopping cart, Wish List, wedding or baby registry, and other account settings are also the same.

On your first visit to AmazonSmile, you need to select Grace Bible Church of Marysville, WA (all funds raised go to Grace Academy, which is a ministry of the church) to receive donations from eligible purchases before you begin shopping. Amazon will remember your selection, and then every eligible purchase you make on AmazonSmile will result in a donation.

Also, if you go through this link you can increase the benefit to the school up to 4%.

SCRIP Sales

Grace Academy’s SCRIP program is a fundraising partnership with local and national businesses that generates money for our school. Instead of paying for your merchandise with cash, you pay with a SCRIP certificate. For example, you buy a $25 Fred Meyer gift certificate for $25 and then go shopping. It spends the same as cash, but earns money for the school and gives you tuition credit.

SCRIP orders are taken weekly on Tuesdays at the SCRIP table in the church foyer before and after school. SCRIP is also available online. For more information, call Terri at 360.659.8517 ext. 207.
