Biographical Information

My roots extend back to a small Midwestern town in Northern Iowa, where I graduated from a public High School and initially attended a small Christian college. I am married with two children, both of whom currently attend Grace Academy. I have had extensive business experience prior to to returning to school for my teaching degree. This past business experience has been advantageous as a Christian school teacher because I am very familar with the spiritual and academic pressures put on our youth to succeed in the business world.

I am a graduate from Everett Community College with an AA degree and Northwest University, where I earned a BA degree in Elementary Education with History and Reading endorsements.I am Washington State certified and a member of the ACSI teacher's association. I have been associated with Grace Academy for more than ten wonderful years. In addition, I have served in my local church as a Sunday School teacher and as a Director with the AWANA program.
